Disclaimer

Please read this carefully. It sets out the limits of what Kwenta CV does, so there is no misunderstanding about what you are buying.
We are not a recruitment agency
We are a software tool. We are not an employment agency, a placement service, a temporary employment service or a career counselling practice. We do not represent you to employers, do not forward your CV to anyone, and do not receive fees from employers. We are not registered with, and do not hold out as being accredited by, any recruitment industry body.
No guarantee of a job or an interview
Nothing on this site is a promise of employment, an interview, a callback, a salary outcome, or that your application will be shortlisted. Hiring decisions belong entirely to employers and depend on factors far beyond the wording of a CV.
ATS scores are estimates
The ATS readiness score is our own indicative estimate of how machine-readable your CV is. It is not produced, verified or endorsed by any applicant tracking system vendor, employer or recruiter, and no particular system is guaranteed to parse your CV in the same way.
AI-generated content must be checked by you
Every document is drafted by artificial intelligence from the information you supply. AI can misread, omit or reword things incorrectly. Before you send any document to an employer, you must check every name, date, job title, qualification, figure and contact detail. We instruct the AI never to invent qualifications or employment, but you remain the person responsible for what your CV says about you.
Not legal, financial or career advice
Content on this site is general information about presenting your experience. It is not legal advice, immigration advice, financial advice or professional career counselling. If you need advice about employment contracts, work permits or disputes, consult a qualified professional.
Honesty is your obligation
You may only submit information about yourself that is true. Misrepresenting qualifications, employment history or credentials to an employer can amount to fraud in South African law and may be a criminal offence under the National Qualifications Framework Amendment Act. We accept no responsibility for consequences flowing from false information you supplied to us.
